Product or service reviewed: Furnace repair and a previous air con service

This was my second positive experience with Legacy. Their technician Sean ( Shawn) was excellent at determining problem and explaining furnace repair. Also is a very nice fellow. I highly recommend Legacy.

Service within an hour and a half of calling. Technician very polite, fixed furnace did not try to update for additional parts or new unit. Would highly recommend. Had heat back within hours.

Legacy Heating and Air is a great place to do business for your furnace and air conditioning needs. The people were friendly and responded to my request quickly. The man who came to do work on my furnace was friendly and informative and told me everything he was doing with my furnace. I signed up for a service agreement, so if I have issues, they will be here to fix them, and it was a reasonable price. He serviced my furnace, cleaned the furnace's inside, changed my filter, and fixed all the problems left behind by another place that did not do such a good job the last time I called them. They have gained not only me as a new customer but also other family members. Excellent response time, great price, great business.

James came today and made the needed repair to my heating system. He explained what was needed when he made the initial inspection yesterday. He was professional and informative. I will use them in the future should they be needed.

Air conditioner went out on Sun 6/30/19. Called Legacy on the referral of my neighbor L.Cox. Technician arrived Mon 7/1/19 and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. Temp outside was in the 90's. Would defintely recommend Legacy Heating & Air to my friends. Serviceman Karl is a great asset to your business.
